Currently not everyone wants face to face physiotherapy, or they feel that digital assessment and advice is sufficient. As with many occupations, physiotherapy has gone digital out of need. For certain conditions I am able to offer a good assessment and advice online via a video appointment if you are more comfortable with this.
To offer online physiotherapy advice I will suggest that we use a video conference call, for which I can access Skype, Zoom, Whats App or FaceTime. This way I can still look at you, and watch you do some movements.
After I have assessed as much as possible via video call then I can give you advice and email you an exercise programme.
